N85 – the best solution for video and imaging

N85 is Nokia’s answer to video and imaging support in a mobile phone and the outstanding handset comes with a brilliant 5 megapixel camera with Carl zeiss optics to enhance the picture quality and clarity of images.
The video camera supports recording up to 640 x 480 pixels (VGA) which can be up to 30fps. The camera has up to 8x digital video zoom. The front camera can record at 352 x 288 (CIF) and 15 fps. This brings great quality to the video along a 2x digital zoom.

Imaging redefined with N85

The user can have an all new photography experience with the N85 which allows the user to click and share instantly. The latest handset has a powerful 5 megapixel camera with 2584 x 1938 pixels resolution and supports the JPEG and Exif image formats. The Carl Zeiss optics lens with 20x digital zoom precedes all other handsets in the category. The Autofocus and light for capturing two stages shall enhance the use of the camera. The camera has an extreme focus length of 5.45 mm and a focus range of 10 cm to infinity.

The Dual LED flash at the time of clicking photographs can reduce errors in photography which shall include On, Off and Red Eye reduction which shall save the image from being spoiled. The camera has some white balance modes like automatic, sunny incandescent, fluorescent and cloudy. The camera can capture images while still, where they are in a sequence, with self timer and even in video.

The camera can be selected to shoot on the basis of some color tone modes which shall include normal, black & white, negative and vivid to name a few.
The high definition camera in the handset has dedicated keys for operating the camera and the camera is well covered when not in use with a slide cover. The camera can be used in Landscape orientation to take bigger and clear images while clicking. The handset also has a photo editor which can easily edit the photographs which are clicked through a series of tools for use by the user.

The mobile can be connected to printers for printing the pictures. The images which have been clicked can be seen on the TV with a TV out (PAL/NTSC) plug in and after connecting the phone with the Nokia Video, Connectivity cable. The users can also share their images with friends and family through Nokia XpressShare and Nokia Xpress Transfer which allows seamless connectivity to other mobiles.
