Nokia have recently released a number of new handsets. This includes the E5, a mid range QWERTY phone with an array of appealing features. These include a 5 mega pixel camera, 3G and Wi-Fi internet access, and a built in radio player. It is available in a range of colour variants, catering to an array of users.

The E5 features an internal media player which is capable of supporting a selection of different media file formats. The dimensions of the Nokia E5 are 115x58.9x12.8mm and it weighs just 126 grams, making it not only a pocket friendly handset, but it is also comfortable handset when holding it with one hand and using the QWERTY keyboard.

 

The TFT screen measures a generous 2.4 inches, and thanks to the ability to display up to 256,000 colours within a pixel setup of 320x240, the display quality of onscreen content is very high.

 

The E5 utilised a number of different connection options to stay connected to both the internet and to cellular networks. In areas where 3G coverage is available, HSDPA provides an internet connection at speeds of up to 10.2 mega bytes per second (alongside HSUPA at 2 mega bytes per second). The alert types on offer in the Nokia E5 are standard vibration, as well as ringing which includes the option to utilise MP3 music files as ringtones.
