Fixing a Broken Relationship – Changing Some Habits Might Do The TrickFixing a broken relationship is similar to keeping a relationship going after a break up. I'm talking about a relationship where the couple is still together but things are not going too well. If you feel things are in the doldrums you need to spice things up a little bit. Do you remember when you first were going out, how exciting things were? Try to get a little of that magic back in the relationship by having a weekly date night. But don't just do the same old thing, do something you haven't done before. Do something fun and maybe a little adventurous. Rent a canoe, play miniature golf, go to a wine tasting, pretend you're a tourist in your own town, take a class together, share a bubble bath, go see your favorite team play, go see a band. The list is obviously unending, but you get the idea.
By trying different things you will give your relationship the spark it needs and get you out of the rut you're in. Whenever you feel your relationship getting stuck in a rut, do something to shake things up. You may end up doing more and more adventurous things the longer you are together, but wouldn't that be great. Focus on the fun and enjoyment you could have together by living a very fulfilling life.
