Trainer Tony Horton takes you through 12 workouts strategically laid out over 6 days each week and has gotten what can rightfully be described as world famous level outcomes for people in very little time.

With P90X, you had the famous no questions asked money back guarantee. Basically you could do the whole 90-day workout and if it didn’t do what it claimed, you’d get your full money back with no questions asked.  This is pretty much standard with all beachbody products and it gives them a huge edge mostly because people generally feel like they invented the idea with P90X.

Also with the Beachbody line you generally get some bonuses that you are allowed to keep even if you return the product for a full refund. The Tony Horton 10 minute workout, known formally as 10 Minute Trainer, actually gives you three bonuses. You get an abs workout video. (There is also a different abs video given with P90X as keep it no matter what bonus) In addition you receive a fast weight loss guide  and a workout program you can do anytime, anywhere like working or traveling.

On the surface these bonuses all seem like good ideas. Especially interesting is the thought of being able to get effective exercise while doing things like being in an office or being on the go.  The fast weight loss guide also is interesting because it gives someone the roadmap to get into that pair of jeans, or swimsuit fast.

The reason it is important to look at what customers are saying about these bonus programs is that the Tony Horton 10 minute workout program isn’t cheap. With shipping and handling, your costs are hovering over $80 for less than an hour of total instruction. That’s pricey, even for Tony Horton.

The overall impressions of the bonuses are positive but some find the on the go workout to be pretty weak as a substitute for  the actual dvds in theTony Horton 10 minute workout.  So feelings aren’t unanimous.
