Jogging – Who says you can only jog outside? Although in most cases jogging is done outside the house and around the neighborhood, there is no rule that says you cannot do it at home. If you have a garden or garage at home, that could a great place to do you jogging. If you have little space at home, you can still do it by jogging in place. Jogging in place for several minutes is still a great workout for the lower parts of your body. 
Jump Rope– This is one of the most popular home workout exercises. All you need is a jump rope and you are good to go. You just have to find a spacious part of the house. It will be better if the space is bare in order to avoid breaking things with the jump rope. Some people will want to run while doing this but it is pretty great even if you do it in place. 
Jumping Jack – You do not need any equipment to complete jumping jack routines. All you need is a good space to jump around. This is a great exercise that you can repeat several times. It is great for toning the muscles in your arms and legs. 
Crunches – This is a popular warm-up exercise but it can also be a part of your regular exercise especially if you are just staying at home. You can do 15 to 20 repetitions at a time. Crunches are great for your abdomen. It strengthens the muscles and helps your develop abs. 
Stair Steps – If you have stairs at home, this is a perfect exercise for you. You can either walk or run up and down the stairs. Do it several times and you will feel great things happening to your legs. This is a great way to tone your legs. The best thing is that you can do it anytime you want without actually looking like you are exercising. 
Push Ups- This is one is great to do at home because it does need so much space. All you need is a blank space that can cover your body size. The great thing about push-ups is that you can do a lot of variations. You can do it with two hands or one hand if you are feeling adventurous. 
Squatting – For this exercise, all you need to do is to maintain a squat position for a few counts and standing up straight again. Do it several times a day and you will notice great changes with your arms, legs and chest.
