The edge you get from GSP RushFit you won't get from P90X

When is a total body work out not actually a total body work out? Well my opinion on this might be slightly controversial.

I have been beating the drum of entering into workout programs which are not only effective but have a certain level of sustainability to allow for the user to reuse them over time and build on the earlier results. A big part of that is the mental benefit achieved from the workout. Using GSP RushFit,In One Important Area, GSP RushFit Has 90X Beat Articles a high intensity MMA style workout, and the world famous P90X extreme home program as examples they both have great mental payoff at the end if you stuck out the hard work.

While GSP RushFitis 8 weeks v. the 13 weeks of P90X they both are pushing in the same direction as far as desired results. In fact I have noted on previous occasions that I have no doubt that GSP RushFit was starting with the P90X end in mind when it was created. The P90X look is doubtlessly the gold standard as far as what most people would love to achieve fitness wise.

What we’re talking about in the way of a major difference is the mental payoff on a daily basis. I believe GSP RushFit is one of the best workouts to have you feeling more alert, awake, mentally prepared and calm for your day. It is a home run benefit that doesn’t get enough discussion time but should. P90X lacks in this area mostly because it operates at a slower more tedious pace and because it is more a weight lifting workout than a high-intensity cardio program. What the end result is you get a fantastic workout, but you can walk away feeling drained. This is a common discussion point among people who go to the gym and lift weights and don’t include some sort of cardio training (preferably high-intensity) at the end of their workout.

The reason GSP RushFit does deliver all these important mental benefits is that it engages your two cardio vascular systems aerobic and anaerobic and does so using structured high intensity interval training principles.  You get the unique combination of the “runner’s high” experienced by many long time distance runners and the full body muscle massage that comes with incorporating weights and body weight resistance. It’s a level of exercise GSP RushFit has which P90X simply cannot match. It creates benefits that are too important to be overlooked simply because sustainability and your desire to do the program multiple times depend on not feeling worn down mentally from the program.
