One of the calls I got from readers is to make sure I drilled down to the particulars of George St. Pierre’s RushFit. That is,Profiling the Workout, George St. Pierre's RushFit, Part 1 Articles they wanted to know about each of the various workouts in the program in more detail.

There is a large degree of uneasiness for anyone who might not be in the best of shape taking on any workout program and I have noticed even more so for George St. Pierre’s RushFit. The biggest reason probably has to do with the difficulty of what Mr. St. Pierre does for a living. They probably feel that engaging in that level of friction at peak intensity is so tiring that the preparation for the work out must be above their abilities. I can at least put that concern to rest and say that user reviews from total beginners are giving it high marks.

George St. Pierre’s RushFitwas designed to be adaptable to any fitness level and there is a definite emphasis on safety. I would never recommend anyone take on a program like this without experienced oversight. There is too great a chance you will either harm yourself or not get enough return for your time.

The backbone of George St. Pierre’s RushFitin my estimation is the “Strength and Endurance Workout” of the program. This combines the free weights working the full body while working within the time confines of a high intensity circuit. The strength and endurance workout is broken down into 5 circuits that burn your small and large muscle groups at an accelerated rate.  This might be the all-around hardest but also funnest workout in George St. Pierre’s RushFit. It is also a great catalyst for change in your body. This is because you are both burning calories and sculpting. This is a process where the large muscle groups are engaged as well. There is no probably no better workout you can do then one which safely combines these elements into one package.

The goal is not to defeat the workout. The goal is to effectively complete what you can do. Take solid notes on what you were able to get done and improve incrementally over time. The emphasis early on should be maintaining great form. You build from there. This program makes all the other parts of RushFit easier and to is one of a kind in the market except for the more expensive Insanity Deluxe program from BeachBody.
