I experienced training for several months and was always baffled how come I only increase my strength by a couple of pounds and my overall package looks the same. Then I realized that I'm missing an important element in my weight training - to eat. Eat natural and healthy food group that is rich in carbs, protein and fat. On all food groups, I give protein the upper hand in building good set of muscles. Eat quality protein that comes from eggs and chicken breasts. They are not high in cholesterol but contains good amount of protein supplements your body needs.

Rest

Doctors recommend 8-10 hours of sleep which is good. You can sleep more during the day as well. If you don't like sleeping then this is the time to like them.
