Rest
If you want to have great set of chest muscles or bigger muscles, you need to have enough rest. Rest is crucial for recuperation/ recovery of torn muscle fibers in your body. Doctors recommend 8-10 hours of sleep which is good. You can sleep more during the day as well. If you don't like sleeping then this is the time to like them. You can't build muscles of steel if your body doesn't have the time to build them. Having a good rest will help you prepare for your next workout routine.
