This Is How To Get A Six Pack In 3 Minutes Per Day

Is it possible to get a six pack in just 3 minutes a day? Well, yes and no. Yes because you really can get in a killer ab workout in just 3 minutes. No because in order to get six pack abs you need to be floating at a pretty low body fat percentage, which can take much more than 3 minutes if you've got some fat to burn off.

But if your body fat is low enough, all you may need to do is strengthen your abdominals and build up those muscles a bit to get them to show. If this is the case with you, here's an ab workout that will give you a six pack in just 3 minutes.

1. Pick 3 Challenging Ab Exercises

So here's what you should do. Get three ab exercises together that require hard work and are challenging. I would recommend starting with exercises you are familiar with and comfortable doing. There are a ton of ab exercises out there, you can check out some of my other posts for them, do a quick Google search, or check out this book for an awesome selection.

Once you have your three exercises, do them in the order from hardest to easiest. Do your first exercise for 50 seconds, then rest 15 seconds, then do the next exercise for 50 seconds and rest 15. Then finish out your set with the last exercise. What a quick workout!

2. Make Every Second Count

While doing this workout you better focus on is intensity. Three minutes is not a very long time, which means you have to make ever second count. So you have 180 seconds to get in a super intense ab workout. This also means that you'll have to cut out all those slow exercises. Obviously you won't be doing planks since the exercise is based on holding a position for as long as you can (which could easily be over 3 minutes itself)

To get the most out of the available time, focus on control as you do your reps. Always maintain strict control of your body while going as fast as you can. You should also try to increase your range of motion as much as possible. This means that if you're doing mason twists you'll want to be sure to twist as far as you can to activate the most muscle tissue and wear you out faster.

If you try to get a six pack in 3 minutes and it doesn't seem to be working, you may need to start eating healthier and doing some weight lifting through out the week to remove that last bit of fat covering up your abs.
