Assessing which workout is best for winter: GSP RushFit, TapOut, or P90X

The calendar is turning and for many people living further north that means the weather will turn where outdoor exercise will be less tenable.  It’s sad in a lot of ways and I’ll be the first person to admit I am not a winter time person.

Bottom line is It’s time for us to make that difficult decision about how to keep fit while doing it more indoors than out. You will also have to take into account that you generally will be less active which means you’ll likely have weight gain. We generally sit more and exercise less during these months. We have a wide variety of considerations in picking a winner that will help us continue to move forward to our goals.

Three choices we’ll focus on in this article are GSP RushFit,Which is a Better Winter Workout, GSP RushFit, Tap Out or P90X? Articles TapOut, and P90X. P90X is well known as probably the biggest home workout ever in terms of sales, buzz and cultural significance. It features a specified focused approach to systematically working various body parts to the extreme under a strict daily time schedule over a 90 day period. I am a multi-time graduate of P90X and I can personally attest there is no better workout program for transforming your body from flimsy to muscled, ripped and great looking. These are the results which have caused it to become so big so fast.  Honestly, you can’t really go wrong if you choose P90X.

GSP RushFit and TapOutare cut from the same cloth in that they are workouts that are structured around fitness principles designed to work your entire body using high intensity max interval training. GSP RushFit and TapOutare different in that GSP RushFit is 8 weeks, TapOut is 13 (like P90X)

GSP RushFit and TapOut also differ in that GSP RushFit is more fitness geared and doesn’t concern itself so much with sharing specific MMA moves. TapOut is more karate based and uses actual fighting maneuvers in the realm of the regimen. Both programs are highly effective in generating fast weight loss results. This is because any time you do a lot of max intensity working out in an interval schedule, your metabolism rises so fast. They also focus on major muscle group work such as the core and quadriceps. This exacts more effort from the user and will tend to cause you to work harder, breathe heavier and build muscle while you burn fat. I only have a preference for GSP RushFit v. TapOutbecause Rushfit utilizes weights and this helps sculpt your body so it can end up looking more like the results from P90X.
