INGREDIENTS

Grated Raw Mango - 500 gm

Sugar - 500 gm

Fennel - 1 tbsp

Asafoiteda - a big pinch

Red chili Powder - 1/2 tsp

Cumin Powder - 1 tsp

Oil - 1 tsp

Heat oil in a thick bottom pan and then add asafoiteda to it. Wait a seconda and then add grated raw mango and sugar to it. Mix it and reduce the flame to medium. After few minutes the mixture will become watey. Stir it. After few minutes,Raw Mango Sweet Pickle Articles it will start becoming thick then, add fennel red chili powder and cumin powder to it. Mix it and cook it till it gets thick. Now switch off the flame and let it cool completely. take it in aritight container.
