First one will have to make a sauce that will accompany this chicken recipe. One needs the following to make the sauce; 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon honey. These are mixed together to form a paste that is set aside to be served with the chicken curry.

In preparing the chicken, one needs; 2 skinless boneless chicken breast,1tablespoon olive oil, 1 cup of sour cream,1 teaspoon of curry powder,1 teaspoon of fresh grounded pepper,  1 onion, garlic and salt to taste. Place the chicken in salted water and leave to simmer with garlic for 25minutes. Remove and drain the chicken. Place the onions on heated oil, add the curry while the onion is still translucent and stir for a minute. Place the onion aside and place chicken in the oil. Cook until the chicken is wholly cooked. Remove the chicken and place back the onion and cream on low heat. Stir till a paste is formed. Put the chicken and leave to cook for 10 minutes and remove.

For the rice preparation, one needs; a glass of rice, 2 cups of water, 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, onion and salt to taste. Place onions in a saucepan with heated oil. Add rice and cook till it starts to turn brown. Add 2 cups of water or chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes, remove and cover.

The type of rice used, greatly determines the amount of water to be used. One can fluff the rice, sprinkle the small cubed carrots and serve it warm with chicken and sauce. This chicken recipe is useful for those who people who prefer good and fast cooking.
