Morning, Lunch, or Evening? When Is Better to Work Out?

Exercise at lunch has its benefits, according to researchers. If people work out at lunch they may increase their flexibility, remove the stress, and reduce the food intake for dinner. It is also easier to find a workout partner at lunch. On the other side, these workouts may limit the time spend at the gym or overlap with other activities.

For the evening workouts there is no time restriction, and many people consider 6.00 p.m. as the perfect hour to work out. Researchers also agree because the muscles are flexible, warm up, and people may practice as long as they want in order to release the tension gathered during the day.
