The Diet Rich in Proteins

The diet rich in proteins, if followed for two weeks at a time, may have benefic effects such as enhancing the metabolism and burning more calories.

Dieters who cannot follow this diet for more than six days, are supposed to stop and restart the diet after six months.

This diet is very strict. If you eat any other food in addition to, or in exchange of, those listed for each day, even small items such as a candy, a biscuit, a glass of wine, a glass of beer, or even chewing-gum, you need to stop the diet and resume it in six months, according to the diet’s authors. If you feel hungry between meals, drink water instead of having a snack.

Here is the diet:

Day 1:

For breakfast, have a cup of coffee with a cube or sugar. Lunch may include two boiled eggs with fourteen ounces of spinach and a tomato. Seven ounces of beef and a salad with oil and lemon juice are recommended for dinner.

Day 2:

For breakfast, dieters may have a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar; for lunch, nine ounces of ham and a yogurt; and for dinner seven ounces of beef with a salad.

Day 3:

Breakfast includes a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar and a slice of toast. For lunch, dieters may have two boiled eggs, a slice of ham, and a salad. A boiled celery with a tomato and a fresh fruit make the dinner.

Day 4:

For breakfast, have a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar and a slice of toast. Lunch may include a cup of orange juice and a yogurt. For dinner, have one boiled egg with a carrot and 250g of cottage cheese.

Day 5:

For breakfast, dieters may have one large carrot. Lunch should include seven ounces of boiled code with lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter. Dinner consists of nine ounces of beef with a celery.

Day 6:

Breakfast includes a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar and a slice of toast. For lunch, dieters may have two boiled eggs with one large carrot. Half a chicken with salad, lemon juice and olive oil are allowed for dinner.

Day 7:

For breakfast, have a cup of unsweetened tea. Dieters should not eat lunch on the 7th day. Seven ounces of lamb chops and an apple are recommended for dinner.

Day 8:

Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar. For lunch, have two boiled eggs with fourteen ounces of spinach and a tomato. Dinner is made of seven ounces of beef and a salad with olive oil.

Day 9:

Breakfast includes a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar. For lunch, dieters may have nine ounces of ham with a yogurt. Nine ounces of beef with salad are allowed for dinner.

Day 10:

For breakfast, have a cup of coffee with a slice of toast. For lunch, have two boiled eggs with a slice of ham and a salad. Dinner consists of one boiled celery with a tomato and a fresh fruit such as an apple, an orange, or a pear.

Day 11:

Breakfast should include a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar and a slice of toast. For lunch, dieters may have a glass of orange juice with a yogurt. One boiled egg, a carrot and nine ounces of cottage cheese are allowed for dinner.

Day 12:

For breakfast, have one large carrot. For lunch, try seven ounces of boiled code with lemon juice and a teaspoon of butter. Dinner should consist of nine ounces of beef and a celery.

Day 13:

For breakfast, dieters may have a cup of coffee with a cube of sugar, two boiled eggs and one large carrot for lunch, and seven ounces of chicken and a salad with olive oil for dinner.
