The Diet with Autumn Fruits and Vegetables

This diet offers you the opportunity to lose weight and clear your body from toxins with autumn fruits and vegetables. This diet should be followed for ten days and it should result in an eleven pounds weight loss.

For this diet, dieters should consume fruits such as grapes, pears, apples, or quinces, fresh juice, and 0.5 gallons of water in each second day. For the other five day, they should have raw or boiled vegetables, lean meat, and vegetable soup in any amounts.

During the ten days it`s necessary to give up sweets, bread, sugar, alcohol, pasta, and pastry products. It is also recommended to drink two cups of waythorn tea with fifteen minutes before meals. The tea is made of a spoon of waythorn and a glass of boiled water.
