10 Tips on how to transform your dull and boring life to a thankful and grateful one. By training your mind to turn every negative thoughts into positive instantly.

Don’t you find in this world,10 Tips to an Unshakable Optimism Articles we are surrounded by a lot of negative thinking people?  You can find them everywhere?  I love my life and I love to enjoy my life.  Since I’m born here, I might as well make the most out of it and have fun.  We all have a choice to do that.  Why make life so difficult when life can be simple and fun?

To have an Unshakable Optimism, you got to train this weak muscle in your head.  Because we are naturally tune to protect ourselves from danger, we tend to associate anything that is harmful to ourselves as bad and we tend to only see the negative/bad side of things.  Why not turn it around and think it as a learning point for us to learn from so that we could avoid making such a thing in future? 

Here are 10 things you would like to try out:

Find 10 things to be thankful and grateful for each morning.

Remember to give your thanks and love to the people around you.

Take a minute a day to look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself,

Today is an awesome day.

Remember to stop and smell the flowers or look at the sky to appreciate what’s around you.

SMILE or greet to someone you don’t know.

Do something to help someone today.

Donate and volunteer your time to charity.

Say I love you to your treasured ones.

Pray and give thanks before you sleep each night.

And remember to stay positive whenever you find something negative.

Give yourself a chance to try this out and you will find life will be in a greater light and you will have a lighter heart.  If you are an impatient person, you will find yourself becoming more patient.  You will learn to laugh with even when you face an embarrassing situation.  And each night before you sleep, all the good thoughts and events will put you into a sound mind allowing you to recharge for tomorrow.  As tomorrow is another interesting adventure.

If you find it hard to do all 10 of them, start from number 1 and slowly increase it.  It takes time to train that automatic positive reflect in your mind.  What is stopping you now? Start Now!! Your life will never be the same again.
