The leader also drives the vehicle of Organization and makes it reach its destination. In several Organization where is there is dearth of good leadership they always fail in long run and cannot make their way through the difficult time. The Leader never thinks about his gratitude or reward of what he does for the betterment and strength of the organization and always brings changes in the Organizational set up and rules and regulations. Because the Institution has the relations with Community, students and Teaches do as well. So to bring the changes, all of them should be taken into confidence and motivated to accept the challenge. If any of them is unwilling to accept the challenge, then there is possibility of clash which may result dangerous for the organization, students or parents or the community at large. The good leader can solve the problems in few moments but leadership lacking will result collapse of the organization in terms development. Communication is the best tool for the leadership as the leader uses the words in decent style to attract the listener. The Listener makes a positive impression about the Leader.
