Normally the things that are stopping us from moving on is always from within. How can you move on when its so painful?

Do you know what is stopping you from moving onwith life? As long as we have lived on earth,What Is Stopping You From Moving On With Life? Articles we are constantly making choices and we have our fair share of difficult choices to be made.  Of which you may end up regretting due to your foolishness or lacked of experience.

There are many things that can be stopping you from moving on with life. Things like, a bad relationship, a bad accident, death of loved ones, failure in business, failure in studies, divorce or causing hurt to others. All these are like dead weights tied to your ankle slowing down you every single day. As long as you have not learnt to cut them off, they will continue to weight you down as you drag your life along.

When your life is at a stall, there is nothing that can change because you refuse to move on. You need to find the purpose and reasons to move on. You can find thousands of reasons for you to carry on. There is no point in reminiscing on the past because you can never bring it back no matter what you do. Accept the fact.

Your life is like a cup of water. When it is full, there’s no room for more things to enter your life. As life continues to give you newer opportunities, it will consistently overflow because your cup is always full. You have to empty those unhappy moments from the cup so that there will be room for newer things into your life.

How do you move on with life? Firstly, be aware with it. Find out exactly, what are the things that are troubling you. (Which should be fairly easy as you are thinking about it time to time if you can’t take some time to think about it)

Next, review and reflect upon these things. Ask yourself what can be done to it. Do not say there is nothing that can be done. (If it is a death of a loved one, learn to accept the fact, and show him/her who is in another world that you are living on strongly)

Finally, plan and take actions to carry on with life.  Time wouldn’t stop for you.  In the beginning, it may be painful and extremely hard to get on with life but we are all students of life. Keep reminding yourself on the reasons why you want to move on. You need to be strong and courageous, find support from friends and family they are more than willing to encourage you. You can do it. There is nothing you cannot do. What is stopping you now?
