The second step involves drilling. You need to drill a hole which is 0.5 inches in diameter. It should also be 2 inches deep to be able to hold the top firmly. Place the PVC tubing on the hole and keep it in place using a silicone or cement. 
The third step is to make steel plate strips. You can do this with a hacksaw or any steel cutter. The strips should have a standard size. Length should be 3 inches and the width should be 0.5 inches. You need to make a dozen of these strips. Once you have finished cutting, you need to drill one hole at the end of each of them.
The fourth step is done by drilling two holes on the generator. The two holes should be 6 inches far from the top of the generator you are making. This is very important in order to be able to keep the steel plates strip steady in place. After doing this, you need to use the silicone to cover the holes in order to prevent water from entering. 
The fifth step is connecting the battery. The batter has a cable that you need to connect to the bolts. After connecting it, you need to mount your HHO generator. This is a very important step in order to make sure that the battery will reach the generator. 
The sixth step is to use baking soda for the steel plates. Baking soda and water will help the generator generate more power. You should then connect the battery to the terminals of your car in order to use the power to start it up. You are now done and you can now use water to power your car.
