The Most Important Meal to Lose WeightEating a good breakfast can go a long way towards helping you lose weight, though not for the reasons you might think. So what does breakfast have to do with fast fat burning? Skipping the most important meal of the day can have just as harmful an effect on your body as crash dieting. When you don't eat breakfast, your metabolism has no reason to speed up, and thus remains at a very slow rate. But by eating breakfast, as well as other small meals during the day, you will keep your metabolism at a high rate , helping you burn calories all day long. Try eating a number
of small meals during the day as opposed to three large meals with a
lot of time in between; this will help your metabolism remain in high
gear throughout the day.
