He or she needs to consider how much texting, talking and internet usage will be going on. If a person does not talk, text, or use the internet much it does not make sense to get an unlimited plan. On the other hand, if a person is going to be using the cell phone a lot, he or she should get a plan that has a lot of minutes, allows him or her to send several messages a month, and allows for a good amount of data usage. That will prevent overages charges from occurring.
