Workouts are like fashion in that they are very much trend driven with many copy cats to follow all looking to perhaps get in on the money on the way up to the peak.

Second, you inevitably are forced to work with excellent form to not only see results but to prevent injury. I can’t tell you how often I see people try to exercise without having a firm grasp of form and do damage which means they end up quitting or worse. MMA type workouts that are properly supervised generally get such great results that there is no reason to try and make it too hard and break form.

Third, the MMA style workouts fly by. GSP RushFit Workout for instance is 40 minutes, but the level of consistent movement is such that it seems much quicker. Less boredom means less chance of burning out.
