Integrating Your 4 Freedoms (Part 3 of 9) - Remote Viewing

These experiments involved sets of two people who had no contact with each other. One person acted as a remote viewer while the other randomly selected a location to visit anywhere on the planet. Perhaps even more remarkable, in another set of experiments, remote viewers accurately described the scene before the location was randomly selected.

Outside the realm of physics, other experiments have shown that there are connections between mind and matter that can’t be explained by the old model of separation. Studies starting in 1972 and lasting over two decades were conducted under the sponsorship and supervision of the CIA and the United States Department of Defense. These experiments involved sets of two people who had no contact with each other. One person acted as a remote viewer while the other randomly selected a location to visit anywhere on the planet. Although the remote viewers had never physically been there, they accurately described the chosen sites. These tests illustrate that consciousness exists and operates across space.

Perhaps even more remarkable, in another set of experiments, remote viewers accurately described the scene before the location was randomly selected. These studies demonstrate that consciousness exists and operates outside of both time and space.

According to H. E. Puthoff, the founding director of the remote viewing research project at Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, California, “…the integrated results appear to provide unequivocal evidence of a human capacity to access events remote in space and time…by some cognitive process not yet understood…. this fact must be taken into account in any attempt to develop an unbiased picture of the structure of reality.”

“Psychic phenomena, such as distant viewing and out-of-body experiences, are examples of the nonlocal operation of consciousness,” suggests University of Oregon physicist Amit Goswami. “Quantum mechanics undergirds such a theory by providing crucial support for the case of nonlocality of consciousness.”
