Rare is the workout plan that offers something for everyone. In fact it truly doesn’t exist.

This is no different than my mantra about eating correctly. I tell my clients that you simply want to be 80% towards perfect and grow incrementally from there. If you strive to be perfect understanding it is an ideal,Why Men and Women are Both Scoring George St. Pierre RushFit with High Satisfaction Ratings Articles but not totally necessary you are actually better off than if you are perfect right from the jump. The reason for this comes down to sustainability and enjoyment. Maintaining too high a standard right away inevitably leads to workout.

So when people sat down and conceptualized the George St. Pierre RushFit Workout, the ideal was to create something for everyone. After all, isn’t that where the money is? P90X seemed like it catered well to young and old, men and women. This was surely part of the marketing approach. But you rarely heard people say they were too old or too woman to do the workout.  The results were universally coveted and as we all know it was these results which magnetized the program to the millions of customers out there.

The people behind the George St Pierre RushFit Workout wanted to be available and doable for any age or gender too. So what did Erik Owings and George St. Pierre do? They looked to the biggest baddest dude on the block in P90X and wanted to emulate those results but simply change and improve how you get there.

Women have proven in study after study to be every bit as tough as men in staying disciplined to a workout. All you have to do is offer them something worth having and generally they are fabulous candidates. The George St Pierre RushFit Workout marketing apparatus showed women how they can look sexy, athletic and toned using the GSP system and has grabbed female customers with surprising effectiveness.  The why is a matter of speculation, but conventional wisdom would probably say that it was harder to achieve than it looked.

One interesting aspect when auditing the reviews of the products is the surprising number of couples who take on the challenge together. Women already seem to know they want to look like one of the ring girls or Victoria from the workout tapes and they find that there is no reason they can’t get some togetherness time with their boyfriends or husbands.  When GSP RushFit became a reality it was clear that there would be no gender gap as long as the results were being delivered. The review ratings seem to indicate they are these first 20 months.
