New headquarters of Nike Group the Greater China will be built in Shanghai. The construction of a new set of Nike's Greater China headquarters is built for Nike's employees. With an area of approximately 600,000 square feet (about 54,575 square meters), the Greater China headquarters will be located in the Yangpu District of Shanghai. Tishman plans to build Nike Greater China headquarters in an area of more than 587,227 square feet (54,575 square meters). A set of buildings include about three office building and a five layer of multi-purpose conference centers will show its appearance after the construction. Accompany with the commercial office building, a football field, a standard indoor basketball court and the first-class fitness facilities will also be built. A full set of catering facilities and a separate conference center used for holding large scale events and product launches will be installed in the new headquarters. Nike Company plans to move into its new headquarters in the first quarter in 2014 . "Shangpu-the world guide" project is located in Shanghai's two largest airport, Hongqiao airport and Pudong airport. The transportation around the headquarters is quite convenient. Building along with the main traffic hub and the subway station, the headquarters connect with Shanghai's metropolitan area. Before the construction of the headquarters, it lies the airport facilities, which is  with the Ecological Conservation Park around. All the commercial building parts are designed under the United States' Green Building Council gold standard and its design team includes the world-top architects and environmental consultants. Tishman Real Estate Company has started the "Shangpu-the world guide" project in June, 2011. The first sale phase of residential area will start in October, 2012. "Shangpu-the world guide" project with an area of 9.7 million square feet is a green community equipped with a complete service facilities.
