Nike Company plans to move into its new headquarters in the first quarter in 2014 . The building is located between Hongqiao airport and Pudong airport, the two largest airport in Shanghai. The location is quite convenient. With the main traffic hub and subway stations and 32 bus lines around the headquarters, it connects the Shanghai metropolitan area. The location is originally the airport facilities, next to Shanghai's unique Ecological Conservation Park. The design depends on the United States' Green Building Council gold standard with the international top architects and environmental consultants. Tishman Real Estate Company has started the "Shangpu-the world guide" project in June, 2011. The first sale phase of residential area will start in October, 2012. The construction, covered with a total area of 9,700,000 square feet, is a "green community" with a complete service facilities.
