I started to play Runescape a year ago. It is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that attracts a lot of teenage and young adults addicted to since 2002. I usually played 2-3 hours a day. As I have good discipline so I never feel myself addicted to the virtual world. But some of my friends are seemly have affected in a negative way, such as being more aggressive and less passive than used to be. Sometimes they spend some money buying Runescape account, valuable items, coins and some other equipment. If they experience power leveling, they tend to buy cheap Runescape accounts to level up, and then earn some profit from Runescape accounts selling. And many of them are quite good at making rs money and training skills so that they are deeply addicted to completing quests and find hard to pull off.

 

Therefore what are some methods to let you get out of Runescape?

 

Avoid talking about RuneScape. If your friends are addicted to RuneScape, they will talk about it now and then. So you should be away from them and find some new friends, or just keep silent when they referred to it and try to bring about some other topics. Try your best efforts to avoid conflict regarding Runescape with those close to you.

 

Motivate yourself to quit it! Believe you can quite Runescape if you think you have lost in Runescape. For example, you have to play it 4 hours per day and can’t fall asleep if you don’t play it; you always unintentionally search for cheap Runescape accounts, valuable items, ways to earn money; you usually look for guides to level up your Runescape accounts; you keep a keen eye on the update release from Runescape community and some special offers like free coins, member activity, etc.
