Health and safety in the workplace as we know it

Health and safety training provides workers important knowledge about what to do in emergency situations. It is required that all employers provide this training to their workers to keep them safe and out of harm's way. Because each of these issues is so immense it is impossible to cover them all in just one training session. 

It is best that you cover all of the material in a number of sessions. You can cover them by chapter. It is important to show pictures and videos to help them understand the correct safety procedures and methods. Sometimes words don't get the message across as effectively as a picture or video will. The software teaches each of your workers the important safety and hazard policies. Once they finish the course, they are tested to assess how much they have gained from these e-learning sessions. The software will give you the scores of all of your workers so you can determine who has understood and who needs more guidance.
