-Security: It also play’s a significant in securing the product while its shipment from one place to other.
-Portion Control: Commodities like Salt, Powder’s etc, can be divided into suitable proportions in packages for household purposes.
There are many forms of packaging materials available today. But the best is the one which fulfills the above objectives in most efficient way. Some of the mostly used packaging materials are Paper, foils, Plastic, Laminated Sheets, Thermo Cole, Holograms, Cartoons etc. These are the most commonly used materials in every industry to solve the above objectives.
As the sectors like infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, and services grow at high rates the packaging industry is also growing accordingly. This industry has evolved into a quicker and more efficient technique today as it is the most required thing everywhere. Today the quality and efficiency of the packaging material is also good as compared to the one few years back. The quality of material used today is generally lighter in weight using less toxic materials which are easier to open, dispense from, reseal, store, and dispose off. So, in all we can say that in any kind of industry packaging of the material plays an important role. Without using the better quality packaging for the product the proper growth of that particular product is not considered.
