Working out and feeeeeling the weights that make the muscles respond ~ a cardio that pumps the blood all around ~ the sweat that rolls off while your body is being heated up ~
The breath you take in ~ filling your lungs with oxygen
The food that you fuel your body ~ the taste buds that come alive with the flavors of satisfaction
