You can exercise and have a diet to burn off the fat in your body. Lastly,Is Permanent Hair Removal The Real Deal? Articles if you have hair on some parts of your body that is unattractive you can pluck, shave or wax if off. But most of the time, these methods are time consuming. Good thing, there are many permanent hair removal procedures and tools in the market. However, are you sure that these will give you long lasting results?

There are two common hair removal procedures available in most clinics. One of these is the laser hair removal. A surgeon will use a device that emits laser to direct it on your skin. Once the skin had enough laser exposure, the hair roots will stop growing and hair on the outside of the skin will fall off. This procedure effectively targets large areas of skin, however there are also cons. One of these is that this procedure benefits people with lighter skin and dark hair; because the laser device cannot detect those hairs with a lighter shade. Another thing, laser removal costs almost $400 only for one session which is not enough to remove all the hairs in that body area.

The second procedure is the electrolysis. A surgeon will use a device that has a metal probe. This probe will be touching the end of a hair strand. A certain amount of electric current will pass through the hair and into the hair root. This process will disable the hair from growing more hair. A session will only cost for $50 - $130 and it is suited for different types of hair and skin color. The only disadvantage is that this procedure can take too many hours for only one session especially if the treated part is a large area of the body.

There are also other cheaper alternatives in the market for permanent hair removal. One of these is home electrolysis. It also works like the real procedure, only that you will hold the small device to target the hair. The main advantages of this device are that it only requires batteries for its power and you can easily keep and use it. But you have to be very careful because wrong handling or a faulty device can result to permanent scars.

You can also use oral pills which are much safer that home electrolysis. These pills stop the growth of unwanted hairs by its chemical solution that controls androgen and testosterone which are responsible to its growth. The only problems with these are that you need to take it continuously or the hairs will come back; and these may have side effects that are bad to your and your incoming baby's health.

The truth is, all of these methods and tools won't give you permanent results. These may only inhibit the growth for hairs for only years. Even thought how many advertisements from companies claim that their product gives permanent hair reduction, the fact about the genetic make of a human stays intact. These are also similar to skin whitening and hair coloring and treatments; even though you worked so hard to change your body your genetic makeup will still make your body show that unwanted hairs.

Permanent hair removal procedures and tools can only remove the hairs for a longer period. If you are willing to spend your money and effort then you can easily make an illusion of hairless skin.
