There have been many theories surrounding how they were actually able to do it. Some archaeologists say that the ancient civilizations were given great knowledge from by the visiting aliens who taught them advanced technology. Some have put forth a theory that there were giants among these people who help them in construction. There also some who believe that the fallen angles were here to dig for gold and they created humans who possessed great intelligence from them. They referred to a white powder or object as the food of gods or the Manna. This they might have borrowed from the Sumerians or discovered themselves. These people had great knowledge about the properties of this magical form of gold and used it in various ways. The kings and priests believed that it has great healing power and thus it was given as medicine to sick people. Ancient Jews:

The Bible tells us that the Israelites were captives in Egypt and they were rescued by Moses and led to go to the promised land of Canaan. As these people were in the wilderness, they did not have anything to eat and they were given white snowflake like sweet thing from heaven called the Manna to feed on. In another instance where a huge golden calf was made by them and they started to worshiping it. Moses melted the gold effigy, ground it to power, mixed with water and gave it to people to drink. The high priest was supposed to go inside the god’s holy temple and collect the bread from there which was from heaven. This was given to people to keep them healthy and strong. Archaeologists say that in all these instances it was the Ormus god they were referring to.
