If you want to jet off on holiday feeling fabulous and come back feeling the same way (even if you get stuck into the pina coladas) do your homework before you leave.

Prepare for the Sun

Pretox with: Goji berries. Why? They're the superfood Madonna and Kate Moss nibble on. These berries are full of beta-carotene,The Holiday Pretox Articles which protects skin from sun damage, and B vitamins and antioxidants, which boost the immune system. Eat a daily serving of 10g to 30g.

Repair Hair

Get Hydrated

Protect your Liver

Pretox with: Milk thistle. Why? Milk-thistle extract (silymarin) contains an antioxidant that helps to cleanse the liver. Take a daily supplement from a week before your holiday until two weeks after you get home.
