Charter a weight gain plan
The first thing that you need to do to gain weight and get closer to your weight gain goals is charter a weight gain plan. Besides, a diet plan will help you avert procrastination, confusion and doubt as to what you should do to gain weight.

Pick Healthy High Calorie Foods
When it comes to gaining weight, you must not binge on fatty foods as doing so will not only put on fat, but also invite other health troubles. Some of the foods that you must consume include full cream milk, eggs, rolled oats, wholegrain bread, chicken, pasta, pork, nuts, dark green leafy vegetables, healthy oils and fruits. These foods are great sources of healthy fats and nutrients.

Exercise
To build a curvaceous figure, you must gain muscle mass. Muscle is what gives the curvaceous appearance.
