Grounding involves identifying where you are at and where you are going. By engaging in daily grounding activities, you can "stay on track" to reach your goals instead of just aimlessly going through the day.
It is always better to start the day with a sense of hope, energy and direction. I am a morning person, so of course I would say that. Once you have regrounded and reviewed where you are going, you can get in touch with yourself so the journey is as rewarding as the goal. As you identify ways you sabotage yourself and actively increase the positives in your life, things will start to fall into place. For example, once you are “happy” or “content” mentally you will probably feel more focused and sharp, physically you will find you have more energy and spiritually you will be more hopeful, positive and content. In the “Things I need to do today” section, remember to keep your goals reasonable. For example, in the emotional section, you could try to view everything through a positive light today, listen to your favorite music on the way to work, workout.
