In sum the leader must have dynamic personality, intellectual attainment, amiable disposition, unassuming temperament, and knowledge of how to deal with his follower. Importance of Leadership Skill Training in an organization cannot be denied. People working in an organization need leader who would be instrumental in guiding the efforts of group of workers to achieve goals and objectives of both individual themselves and the organization. A good leader motivates his subordinate, creates confidence and increases the moral of the workers.
