In a very short time,Keep Your Employees Happy With MDM Articles enterprise mobility has become a synonym of successful business and playing a very crucial role in almost every form of business. No doubt, this concept has brought numerous benefits but along with them are several problems. Among all the problems, arising due to quick imposition of smart phones and mobile apps the topmost is of securing confidential corporate data. But advancement in technologies has made it easier for business owners to tackle most if not all of them. They can seek help of a new and innovative technology called Mobile Device Management or MDM to confront security issues and maintain security at various levels of data access. On one hand, this technology saves your company from any mobile related fraud, data theft, leakage, unauthorized access etc. but; it also leaves your employees in a suffocated state of mind. Therefore, employers should deploy this technology in such a way that it benefits both the parties. Thankfully, there are ways of exercising MDM without hurting the sentiments of the employees and without compromising with data security.

Employees are most concerned about separation of their personal and professional data. Because, employers have remote wipe feature in their enterprise mobility setup, employees don't their personal data to get wiped, if they accidentally forget their phone somewhere. Moreover, they don’t want basic functions of the smart phones like taking pictures, sending texts etc to be under IT section's control and they need their permission every time they want to use them. Employees love their liberty and their privacy more. Neither they want IT section to chase their phone wherever they go nor judge their devices and decide which function to block because of being risky.

To sort this condition, few telecommunication companies have come forward and they are doing really well to keep everyone happy. These companies are helping employers in separating the professional and personal identity of the BYOD devices. These two companies have teamed up with companies to make sure that there is no problem with the operating system or user interface of different devices. Using these technologies, the IT section can set up a work profile and use it to monitor and secure business data in the device while staying away from the personal data of the employees. They are also offering two separate virtual operating systems on one single device.

These options can be delivered through cloud services so that the IT section does not have to take the extra burden of managing the entire set-up. The best part of these services is that they can be applied in the business along with MDM without making bulky changes in your coding.

However, the problem with these two newest technologies is that at present, they are being offered only to Android users and this is why they are not as popular as they would have been if they were offered on Apple iOS as well. The reason is that the America loves to use Apple regardless of using it for professional or personal use. These two telecommunication companies have realized this fact and therefore, they are working hard to make sure that these technologies become compatible with Apple devices as well.

No doubt, both these technologies in collaboration with MDM would play a major role in fixing the deal between employees and the employers in terms of adopting BYOD concept.
