The blue comes in a shorter wave length than the yellow and red pointer thus; it emits a powerful laser than the red one. This kind of laser is not encouraged to use in classrooms and meetings because the blue laser can damage the retina. In many cases, people who are exposed to blue laser pointer are said to have low vision.

A green laser pointer is best use at night because of its sharp laser. It directly points to the object even in dark places because of its visibility at night time. They are perfect to point at stars and constellation or just simply bringing them in dark areas.
