It really all depends on your own comfort level as well as your perception of the businesses. Although a franchise may have standards, every manager is different. Small town is nice, but it may not have the polish you are looking for when you go someplace to wait for long periods for your car, or it might have more polish than the franchise. If you think you can trust the leader, then maybe you will be able to trust the individual mechanics as well.
