If we compare the similarity or difference between an entrepreneur and nature, we will get to know....

How entrepreneurs are different from nature and vice versa?  Is there a parallel exist between the entrepreneur and nature so as to debate or discuss the about such comparison.  Certainly such comparison between them is possible also such comparison will give an excellent insight for the better governance of corporate.

Nature,80-20 Rule, more relevant only to corporate Articles during the course of evolution, has produced more producers than consumers in nature, whereas, entrepreneurs have produced more consumers than producers in the corporate.  Nature has made both its producers and consumers ‘independent’ and ‘interdependent’.  On the other hand, the entrepreneurs have made most of the employees (producers and consumers), highly dependent on the corporate ecosystem.

How producer-consumer definition goes in nature?  The growth, development and diversity, are possible in nature only when the producers are more.  This is the philosophy nature has followed.

How about in corporate?  Entrepreneurs are known to produce more numbers of consumers than producers in the corporate.

In any corporate, contributors are significantly less in number when compared to non contributors.  That is what the Pareto principle or law of vital few or principle of factor scarcity defines or says.  The above law is otherwise known as 80-20 rule.  It is always said that only 20% of the employees contribute to the 80% growth of any organization.

In the true sense, large portion of employees is contributing insignificantly to the growth of the corporate.  However, the 80% of employees smartly try to enhance their least contributions by becoming task masters to the 20% of the employees who are the real contributors or performers.

If the entrepreneurs intervene wisely/rightly in the corporate affairs, they can bring a change in the corporate ecosystem.  Thereby they can even rewrite the Pareto principle and also can ensure an everlasting growth to the organization.

Ensure that the sense of urgency and responsibility in producing results of great corporate relevance are told to the employees than producing results having some numismatic or patenting value.

Nature had aimed for diversity in its biome; hence it has produced producers more.   The definition of ‘producer’ and ‘productivity’ need not be linked to commercial or business results, but the results that should have relevance and contemporariness.

If the entrepreneur is not smart, an irrelevant academic result also can be used to appease them by the people in the corporate.  It is not just being smart in business is enough; also, one has to be smart in knowing and understanding the people and their performance.
