Birch Court forms part of the ongoing 220-acre integrated residential township project,Unitech’s plotted project Birch Court in Chennai Articles Uniworld City at Nallambakkam village, off the Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road, a destination eyed by several property developers for their future projects.

In fact, Birch Court itself is the second phase of Unitech’s plotted development in Uniworld City. In the first phase, it had promoted Aspen Gardens under this concept and has already sold the developed plots offered in that phase. Birch Court has been developed over 6.76 acres and the project offers exclusive plots in the range of 1,800–4,724 sq ft. The prices of the plots start from Rs 30 lakh.

Linked between GST Road on one side and the IT Corridor on the other, both segments that have established themselves as automotive and IT hubs, Birch Court is located close to the upcoming VIT educational hub. The plotted development will have complete infrastructure like internal roads, street lighting, storm water drainage, sewer system besides electricity as well as potable water, a statement from the company said.

“We are happy to offer this development in our project as it gives the buyers the liberty to make a home of their own, suited to their specifications and also enjoy the facilities of an integrated township. Even while enjoying the benefits of a gated community, they also get to avail common facilities like the large green open area, club and kids’ play areas, besides admitting their wards in the Delhi Public School that will form part of the integrated development,” says Jaideep Singh, senior vice-president, Unitech.
