By puberty,group association can at times encounter school rules and norms.Teen philosophy,or teacher culture,should be appreciated.If schools set themselves against teen culture,the conflict will destroy many students.In the many classrooms and schools that seek to impose a Euro-centered culture and to defeat teen culture,student conflict and opposition can reach destructive levels. Principals have turned to merely conflict determination and sedatives units of crime squad departments to supplement insufficient resources for gang involvement. Students want to be enlisted and fortified to sustenance the positive characteristics of school through clubs,team building,conflict determination,and leadership expansion programs.The school should become a student-friendly,safe atmosphere.
