There are a lot of cartoons variations out there, and one of the biggest is Japanese cartoons, also called anime. This cartoons style is strongly influenced by comics. Manga is a word that describes Japanese comics.

This cartoons style is strongly influenced by comics. Manga is a word that describes Japanese comics. The shape is usually denoted with characters comprised of major eyes, large hair and longer limbs. The facial features on each figure are often times blown up. There is also a highly limited range of moving and other symbolic traits available in anime.

 The earliest traditional anime in Japan goes back to 1917, but anime programs in the type it is popular today only stretches back to about the 1960s. Anime series has since grown to be a world wide style and has a loving and in many cases diehard fan following. Most anime programs is sent directly to video and in rare instances, goes to theatrical releases. Many of these releases are sub titled, which is the desired way of viewing, however many do like the English dubbing.

 Anime programs in the now age is both drawn by hand and computer rendered. It is present in several media formats including television, video games, commercials and digital design. Many anime programs have been voiced into multiple languages and make up the programming blocks of numerous cartoon channels. Most recently, the Cartoon network has begun airing anime programs during their Adult Swim block, exposing the genre to millions of new followers around the English speaking world. Japanese manga has been a great source of happiness to many different directors in normal movie producing.
