The Motorola Xoom has a large 10.1 inch display tablet featuring Android 3.0 Honeycomb similar to the HTC Flyer. There is also a 5 megapixel rear facing camera and a 2 megapixel front facing webcam. The device also has a full music player, email client and much more to offer.

The tablet has full web access with the full HTML Webkit browser with tabbed browsing and Chrome bookmark integration as well as full support for Flash web applications and videos. As with the HTC Flyer, the tablet comes with impressive connectivity including Bluetooth 2.1 with enhanced data rate for fast close range file sharing and more, as well as a microUSB connector for syncing to a computer. Additionally, this tablet provides an HDMI output too, meaning that videos recorded in High Definition with its main camera can be viewed on a large screen HD television or display.
The Xoom comes with a rear facing 5 megapixel auto focus camera which is Campbell of both video recording in High Definition as well as capturing images, and is also assisted by a dual LED flash for better surrounding light. Additionally, the device features a 2 megapixel webcam on the front which allows you to make video calls and web chat with friends too. Videos and photos can be watched back on the large 10.1 inch display which has wXGA resolution (1280 by 800 pixels) and High Definition 720 pixels. As well as the many applications available for download from Android Market this tablet also features QuickOffice Viewer for viewing office documents, and the range of Google apps including Google Ebooks, Maps and Google Talk.
The device as with others such as the HTC Flyer also has location based services, which with this tablet are provided through the Assisted GPS internal antenna and eCompass. Applications supporting this hardware meanwhile, include Google Maps offering directions and points of interest as well as street view of where you are and local points of interest. The tablet as with others such as the HTC Flyer also has an intuitive unified email client which integrates Google Mail and other email accounts too.
The Motorola Xoom is an impressive and well designed tablet device which features great connectivity and a large 10.1 inch touch display with the latest Android operating system powering it. It also features both a 5 megapixel camera for video recording in HD as well as picture capture, and also a 2 megapixel front camera for video calling and chat.
