  • Set a schedule:  Treat it as an appointment that must be kept and make it part of your daily schedule.  Scheduling it the same time every day will helps to stick with the routine and stay motivated.
  • Comfortable environment:  Whether you are going to a gym or in your own home,Effective Workout Tip - Get Motivated To Exercise Articles a comfortable environment is very important.  Make sure you have enough room to exercise and have the right equipment if you are at home.   Visit various gyms at the time of day you would be going and see how many people go at that time, and check out the crowd. If we are in a comfortable environment we are more likely to keep up with our exercising.
  • Setting goals:  How do we want to look? What are our personal weight loss goals?  Write down concrete goals that can be referred back to when we need that little bit of extra motivation.  Buy an outfit to use as a goal or a bathing suit.  Accomplishing goals is a great motivator
