I am about 25 pounds overweight which may not seem like a lot but I am not all that tall so it shows a good bit. I have tried losing weight in the past but I am just not into working out at all. I have tried running, lifting weights, riding bikes, and about a dozen other things and I just get so bored with all of it.

I am about 25 pounds overweight which may not seem like a lot but I am not all that tall so it shows a good bit. I have tried losing weight in the past but I am just not into working out at all. I have tried running,I Was Surprised the Flex Belt Actually Does Work Articles lifting weights, riding bikes, and about a dozen other things and I just get so bored with all of it. I started to look for ways to lose the weight without actually having to do the 60 minutes of activity every day that doctors recommend. I found just thing I was looking for (recommended by a friend) when I started to read the Flex Belt reviews. I saw that just wearing this belt had the same effect as doing hundreds of crunches. Since I couldn't even manage to do that many in a week's time let alone in one day, I knew I had struck upon something that felt right for me.

I wanted to learn the proper way of losing weight. I already knew that the only true way of doing it would be to eat less and exercise more, but I knew that there were shortcuts that would help me get to that point faster. I had already cut out all the junk food that I had been eating, and I was taking a 30 minute walk several times a week (walking is fine for now but running is out of the question). When my friend told me that I should try the Flex Belt, I didn't even know what he was talking about. I decided to look up The Flex Belt reviews to see what other people thought of it. I didn't go to the company's website because they would only have the positive reviews there. I wanted to see what people thought; whether it was good or bad, so I went to an independent site and saw that it may just be what I am looking for.

There are so many weight machines and other tools out there that I didn't know which one to choose to help me with my weight loss goals but. I did know I wanted to work on my abs, like most people. And I didn't want to go to the gym. I ended up purchasing the Flex Belt. This product promised to help me lose inches in my waist. I was sceptical but the price was right so I started using it:

So Does the Flex Belt work? The answer is yes, at least for me. I have to say I was surprised by how much stronger my abs feel. I also do some back exercise too, which is really important when you exercise your abs. If you bulk up your abs, it puts strain on your lower back. So work out that back as well.
