Has the idea of having professional kitchen equipment at your disposal,Professional Kitchen Equipment For Your Cooking Needs? Articles in your modest kitchen?

If you’ve said yes, you’re in line with about 38% of American women who are dreaming about having their kitchens designed, built and stocked like a professional kitchen. Yes, the same way like hotels, restaurants, gourmet delicatessen, etc.

And while their male partners may think about it as some kind of female fancy, their wives and girlfriends are 100% sure that given the chance, they would know how to make the best use of this newly gained cooking heaven.

While many budding cooks have no idea about how the professional kitchen functions and less still, what equipment it uses, each of them would dearly like to order one for their home. And the price tag? Well, with the amounts quoted starting at $70,000 right to $300,000 and beyond, there has to be enough of the burning urge, determination, and one very accommodating bank account, to fulfill the dream.

Not surprisingly, most men have serious doubts, whether such an investment will ever be recouped in… a better dinner served at the family table. The latest research of American’s eating habits seems to support that; with the eating-out establishments becoming more popular than ever, and pre-made dinner packs enjoying resurgence in popularity.

Seriously, what good is in having professional kitchen set up, if you hardly have the time to use it? It takes some serious effort to convince, that the average woman, after spending nine or so hours at work, has nothing better to do, than to rush into her professionally appointed kitchen and begin cooking a gourmet dinner for “the two of us”… No matter how shinny the cooker is (he has cleaned it the night before), and how tasty the beef cuts (he bought them on his way back from work), present themselves on the Villeroy & Boch oval dish. Yes, it has to be a true love that will keep her energized for the next two hours, or so, preparing his favorite meal and serving it… with a sincere smile for desert.

If you think that all those kitchen automation gadgets - robots, mixers, cutters and blenders, working in unison with those surgically clean knives and pots, can deliver any serious relief, think again. All of them have to be set up, taken apart and cleaned after each use. Only when cooking for a large family or occasional visitors, the time needed can be regarded as not wasted.

So, what’s the solution? Each woman wanting to show her cooking proves in the “kitchen that has it all” should be given a chance, without bankrupting the family finances.

How about designing, building and making available to the public, and running it as a business? A truly professional kitchen, overflowing with the latest food preparation and cooking equipment. Better still; add a master cook or two, and a library full of cooking recipes from around the world, and a larder stocked with the freshest and most desirable ingredients. A place Paul Bocuse would be proud of!

Then, whenever a thought of “if only I had my own professional kitchen” crosses mind of your home maker, send her there for the first hand experience.

Even if you use a private jet, it will cost you much less than delivering on what will no doubts be proven, to be a dream…
