I would like to talk to you a little bit about clay baths. Clay baths are not new,Autism Treatment – Detoxification & Clay Baths Articles in the Autism community they have been around for a while. A clay bath serves as a mode of detoxification while the child is in the bath tub. I started out being very skeptical of this treatment method. I was unsure of how it would fit into the realm of treating children, especially in relation to issues of heavy metal toxicity and heavy metal detoxification. However, years of positive reports coming back from parents of the majority of the children that use clay baths shows me that they are beneficial for many children. And often the parents that choose to try clay baths with their children are hoping to find more gentle, natural remedies that they can purchase themselves and then do at home. And so with the positive feedback over the years, I encourage others to look into this possible treatment option as well.

One thing to consider is that, in my experience, clay baths are not immediate results therapies. This means that when you do a clay bath, results may not be seen within a few days, it typically is more of a long term therapy. And when I see children who use clay baths, I see them tend to be more clear, more healthy overall and just more well adjusted in general. But, I cannot specifically say that any one particular clay bath treatment is going to improve any specific issue or behavioral problem. And for parents who are looking for something to aid in their child’s detoxification, clay baths are certainly a more gentle, natural method that parents can buy on their own and administer in their own homes. And if your child is still young and takes regular baths then it is much easier to administer. There is a great deal of information available about clay baths on the internet. If you are looking for a more natural way to provide detoxification support to your child, then you may want to explore the possibility of clay baths more.
