Among the most excused absence-related reasons are hospitalization or health reasons that will prevent an individual from going to work. In case health reason is the cause of the absence, the employee must be able to provide legal documents from a licensed health officer or practitioner regarding any findings on the health condition of the individual.

This is why there have been problems on the falsification of some medical documents for many. The excused absence days of an employee will allow them to get paid even if they did not report to work, especially if the status of the employee is regular worker already in a company.
