D’Adamo.It basically divides all the people on the basis of the 4 major blood groups that consist of A, B, ABO and O. People are recommended to eat as per the requirements of their blood group so as to prevent the negative effects of lectins in the body. As per Dr. Peter DÁdamo, a chemical reaction occurs between your blood and the food you eat, which is part of your genetic inheritance. This reaction is caused by a factor called Lectins that are basically abundant and diverse proteins found in foods, have agglutinating properties that affect your blood.
